You are what you eat

What you eat determines what you skin has available in the form of nutrients. If you eat food without nutrients, your skin will get no nutrients. To keep your skin beautiful, eat the kind of food that gives it a fighting chance!

Drink lots of water

It is impossible for the skin to absorb the moisture it needs through creams on the skin. The only way to get the necessary moisture to your skin is by drinking lots and lots of liquid. Not coffee, not alcohol - the best is clean, clear water. Drink a bit more than you really care for every day, so the body can keep what it needs, and it will let you know when to discard of any surplus.

Remove all makeup at night

If you wear makeup, you need to remove it all as soon as possible. Makeup keeps your skin from breathing, makeup pollutes your skin. At the very least you must remove all traces of makeup before going to bed, so your skin gets a chance to recuperate and regenerate somewhat during the night.

Wear sunscreen

The sun is harmful to your skin. The UV radiation in the sun's rays damages your skin cells, and causes wrinkles to appear faster than they would naturally.
